Garof

Harmony between freshness and tannins, with an aroma which conjures up forest fruits.

The terraced vines in Sondrio are supported by a network of dry stone walls. The stones found in the earth are used because they define the property boundaries of the vines, in the local dialect these walls are called “Garof”. The abstract logo on the label represents the diversity of vines from which the grapes for this wine come from.

Wine
Full bodied, macerated for 11 days, matured in oak casks for 12 months and further aged in the bottle for 8 months.
